TOC analyzer employ the classic UV-persulfate wet chemical oxidation method

TOC analyzer employ the classic UV-persulfate wet chemical oxidation method, combined with a unique gas-liquid separation loop design and a high-precision infrared detection unit. This ensures rapid and accurate online analysis. The analyzer can be used to detect total organic carbon concentrations in purified water, water for injection, and deionized water in the pharmaceutical industry. It can monitor pharmaceutical water systems, semiconductor ultra-pure water preparation systems, wafer processing, and power plant deionized water preparation processes online. It is also suitable for ultra-pure water TOC detection in semiconductor industries, power plants, research institutions, and laboratories.

Work Process:

Before starting the machine, please read this guide carefully to prevent accidental injury to operators or damage to the instrument.

Before operation, read "Installation and Setup" to ensure correct installation and connection of all instrument components.

When operating the instrument for the first time, guidance from experienced personnel is essential to prevent accidents from improper operation.

Electrical Hazard: Ensure all wires are disconnected from power before installing or servicing the instrument to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

Test Preparation for the Total Organic Carbon Analyzer:

Place the instrument on a stable, clean workbench.

Prepare a container for waste liquid storage and connect the outlet pipe to this container.

Prepare the sample liquid for testing. For instruments that have not been used for an extended period, pipeline flushing is necessary, typically taking about 15 to 30 minutes.

Test Process Flow:

The testing process operates automatically. Testing personnel need to complete the preparation work before testing, but no adjustment or monitoring is required during the actual testing process.
